Black seed oil lowered cholesterol in a study of 88 adults with levels above 200mg/dl, with total cholesterol dropping by an average of 4.78 percent, LDL or "bad" cholesterol by 7.6 percent, and triglycerides by 16.65 percent. The dose was 2 gram daily.
